Industridagen 2019

Under Industridagen 2019 i Göransson Arena i Sandviken genomfördes Sveriges största arbetsmöte. 600 personer deltog från alla samhällets aktörer – fack, näringsliv, akademi och politik arbetade fram konkreta förslag till statsminister Stefan Löfven runt frågan om det livslånga lärandet och hur vi ska få till mer effekt och lösningar. Efter två timmar med 60 parallellt pågående workshops på tre olika områden valdes tre förslag ut som lämnades över direkt till statsministern. Dessutom skapades närmare tusen förslag som Industrirådet nu tar hem och analyserar för att hitta fler förslag.

De tre förslag statsminister Stefan Löfven fick med sig var dessa:

Tydligare uppdrag för livslångt lärande för högskolor och YH
Ge högskolor och yrkeshögskolor ett tydligare uppdrag att bidra med kurser för det livslånga lärandet, med tillhörande ekonomiska resurser. En bieffekt skulle vara att kontakten mellan lärosäten och näringsliv förbättras och att förståelsen för varandras behov ökas.

Inför ett KUT(kompetensutvecklings)-avdrag
Med möjlighet att dra av kostnaderna för medarbetarna i små och medelstora företag att investera i sina medarbetare. Utbildningarna bör ges på rimligt avstånd eller digitalt.

Öka flexibiliteten i utbildningssystemet
Genom korta och flexibla utbildningar och moduler ges fler möjligheten att utbilda sig utan att behöva ta ledigt från jobbet.
Under dagen medverkade även flera talare som belyste området från olika håll och Industrins jämställdhetspris delade ut av jämställdhetsminister Åsa Lindhagen till Höganäs AB. Grattis!
